He promptly verified the problem, made other suggestions to ensure long term successful operation of the door and then replaced the springs and cables on our old garage door with expertise and efficiency. Devon and Alec provided excellent service in every way. Booking was quick and easy. Devon called to see if they could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Gilbert scheduled our spring maintenance and actually was able to send Harry before our appointment date. We had concerns about the A/C coil. Harry arrived before our appointment time and performed the necessary checks and tests and told us everything was okay. He explained what might have caused the problem last summer and told us how to adjust the a/c settings to prevent this from becoming an issue again. The good news was that we didnt need to replace the coil. Since we have a service membership, we didnt even have to pay for the service call. It is very difficult to find companies you can trust that have integrity, friendly staff and professionalism as their foundation. We feel we are so fortunate to have found High Efficiency Cooling & Heating! We absolutely love this company and highly recommend them. We have never trusted a company more!

We called in MCBM roofing when we discovered some slight evidence of moisture on our bedroom ceiling. Marcelo arrived within a day to examine all facets of our roof and eavestroughs and gave us a thoroughly professional analysis which included pictures and a video of all areas that needed to be addressed. Marcelos action plan included cleaning of eavestroughs, installing Leaf Guard, replacing damaged shingles, caulking all venting, pipes and flashing. After agreeing to a quote that we thought was reasonable, fair and just, Junior and his assistant came within a few days to complete the job with great results! Once again, they provided pictures of the repairs. We are thoroughly impressed and grateful for MCBM Roofing and not only for their outstanding work, but for the extreme courtesy and respect they gave us through the entire process.
