Our service technician Igor was awesome. We have an 8 year old Dacor microwave/convection that stopped working suddenly. Since it was a very expensive unit we decided to see if it could be repaired instead of replacing it. Igor tested it and found it only needed a new $36 internal fuse. He took the time to explain that typically when a fuse goes it usually means there could be an issue with another component and if it happens again it would make sense to buy a new one. Two weeks later still working like new.
