Chris was very patient to explain and answer any questions I had to reassure me I was selecting a good unit out of the available options as well as pros & cons. Installers arrived promptly and patiently explained how to adjust settings and responsive to any questions or concerns I had on the day of. Working great so far and looking forward to receiving my rebate!

Daniel and crew did an amazing job helping us repair old original flag stone, planters, and tuck pointing out chimney in our new home that needed some tender love and care. Most other companies came to quote and wanted to demolish and start fresh since this would be a bigger pay day. Daniel spent the time and had the confidence it could be repaired and give us many more years of life on the beautiful original stone work. They stand behind their work and have come back after the past winter to make sure everything is holding up well and to address minor imperfections without any fuss. So pleased to have been able to find Great Wall Masonry to help repair instead of destroy and replace all the original stonework which my gut was telling me was not necessary!

Called so many bigger companies that sent salesmen that are commission based to quote us, so their only interest is pressuring you to sign a contract as quick as possible while inflating the cost of the job so they can get paid better. I had one of the biggest masonry companies send a fast talker that shockingly didn't even climb up on the roof to look at my chimney. Another large company that does both masonry work & roofing had a salesman with the audacity to berate me for wanting to wait to have the roofing division come out to look at the chimney flashing before signing anything because I was "wasting their time". Then, I called Great Wall and Daniel came out after a long day working another job in Burlington and took such detailed time to look at all the work I needed done and really took the time to listen and address all of my questions. Daniel & Greg did an amazing job and patched up everything we needed done and I am so relieved everything has been sorted out before the coming winter. Thanks you!
