Leaking hot water tank on Friday night is not fun.. I thought it will take at least a few days to get it done. However I was lucky and I called HeatWorks plumbing & Gas on Saturday morning, and in a few HOURS I had a plumber coming over and replacing my HWT. His communication was excellent , he let me know when he arrives , explained about what he is going to do and answered my questions. Got it done very quickly and left no mess behind. I'm extremely happy . Thank you

Alex was very pleasant , came the next day, work was done in a quick and professional manner . besides repairing the fireplace he vacuumed and cleaned the glass as well, and also found a part that was installed by a different company and was a fire hazard for us because it was meant for furnaces and for fireplaces. In general we was very pleased with his service.
