We had contacted Assured Basements over a year ago to get a quote on our basement renovation. The person who came was very professional and easy to communicate with. We met with several companies before deciding the best experience we had was with Assured. We are currently in the process of working a design for the basement and so far have had a wonderful experience with clear and easy communication. Mike came on site to assess the tree and make a recommendation about the trimming needed. We also coordinated with my neighbour to do their side of the tree as well as some other trees on their property. He was very kind and professional and his team worked quickly and left no mess. I hired Yevhen to repair my washing machine which was leaking from the bottom. He came and found the problem quickly and returned as soon as the part was in to fix the machine. Very quick and friendly service.
