This is my first time putting a negative review on a website and this is coming out of my regret not paying attention to other reviews prior to signing a contract. I had a positive experience with this company a few years back like many share on this page, but a complete nightmare this time around. We signed a contract with Nordik to replace three windows in the basement in the February of 2022. In April, they came to install the three windows. It turned out that only one of three was the correct size and specs. In May, another installation date was arranged, and at that time one of the two was good, the other still not the correct one. Between May and October, three more installation dates were arranged, and each time we had to make an arrangement to take time from work to stay home. Each time they failed to bring the correct window. For the October date, we reminded Nordik that it cannot be rescheduled. They agreed. On the day of installation, the installer again showed up with no window. I followed up by call and email, and no response. By this time, we had already paid for the amount of the two correct windows, and more, but not the full contract amount. They called twice between October to January to remind us of the final payment and we reminded them that we did not receive the windows we ordered. Jan 2023, we received an email indicating that we must pay within 48 hrs or they would send the bill to the collections, take us to court, etc. They said that we must pay in full before they would install the correct window! We complied out of fear and paid, and asked for an installation date. They then responded to say that they do not exchange windows in winter and someone will be in touch in March to arrange a date. After five failed attempts and no response and the full payment in their hand, I have not reason to believe they intend to complete the work. Again, I should have paid attention to other poor reviews on the website because they are so true!

Your replacement glass has been available for some time now, however we do strongly recommend holding off until fairer weather provides more ideal conditions for the type of service you require.
