Communication from the business was prompt and courteous. Once we decided to move forward the clean was scheduled for the next business day. Jacob arrived and showed us what was wrong (we had smoke billowing into our home); and all the creosote build up from the previous owner. He was in and out in about 45mins, and left the site very clean. I am very happy with the work and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
