We booked these guys a month ago. They were supposed to show up on a Monday. They called the week before and asked if they could come Saturday. Yes, please. Tech arrived at 9 asking only that we have water and electricity available. He worked his butt off on my 25 yr old Weber that hadn't been cleaned since well before Covid but had be used ad nauseum. As messy as the job was, there wasn't a trace of debris when he left. Three hrs later the machine was like new. The tech made sure every was working before he left and that we were satisfied.
