Oven was delivered with significant dents in door. Elite's original installer advised on submitting a repair request immediately. We did this. LG sent a technician. Months passed due to parts not being available. Re-connected with LG in November. TIcket reopened. Time passed. Called back last week (March). Elite connected immediately. Technician (Derek) came over and repaired the problem efficiently. Thank you
