Bought a property in 2015 with rental furnace in if from this company, payment went up from $74 a month to almost $100 a month. They never service the equipment and when you ask for it technicians clearly not interested in visiting the property and start advising over the phone. Not sure why these practices are not considered fraud and not treated as crime?
