Things never happen at the best of times. Like everyone, we have been homebound for 2.5 years. the FIRST time I go out of town, my wife calls in a panick that we have a flood. First thing the next morning, the phone rings and its Noah from Firestone Restoration, he starts by apologizing for the phone issues, and then asks what he can do to help. I explained the situation and he was on site within 2 hours. My wife, who was nervous not having me around felt right at ease. Noah came in, explained what had to be done, what they were going to start with and all the next steps. The fact that they were on site so fast and the expertise that they showed, saved not only our hardwood floors, but also a ton of time and money.
