Called for service re gas dryer not working, no heat. Technician from Appliance Repair Expert arrived as advertised. Very personable and professional young man. He was able to diagnose the problem and give me a quote for the parts and repair. Once I gave my okay, he set out to repair my dryer in a very timely manner. Job well done.

Your employee did a very thorough inspection of my furnace. He is very personable and professional and I would consider him to be a technician who really cares about what he is doing.
