Jeremy did a pre-offer condo inspection for us. He was incredibly thorough and detailed in his inspection and in his report and then went through each part of the report with great clarity. He was willing to answer all of our questions and left us feeling confident that the condo was in good shape. He also offered recommendations of what to attend to in the future and possible ways of making minor improvements. It was a very positive experience for us.
