I contacted GoldStar Windows and Nick came on the day agreed upon to give us our options and to do the measurements. The quote arrived only one day later, outlining the scope of the work and the materials to be used. I had done my homework and his quote was in the ballpark of what I thought it would cost. True to Nick's word, I was contacted for an agreed upon date to begin the work in the time-frame he quoted. All work was completed in 2 days and I could not be more pleased. The primary installer Ivan couldn't have been more professional, friendly and helpful. Everything was installed to my satisfaction, all was cleaned up after, and I am very happy with the overall transaction. Would I use them again? Without hesitation.. Nick handled this quote/install for me. The installer Ivan they sent out was great to deal with and handled all my questions without issue. This is my 2nd window install experience with GoldStar Windows, and again it was very positive. They are prompt, return phone calls, and leave the house without a mess. I have another round of windows to install yet, and they're getting my business.
