My Noritz thankless water heater first started producing cold water and later hot water before it eventually shut down. My aunts and cousins had come to celebrate my dad's birthday with us and it was just unbearable. Central Commercial and Residential came to our home in Langley and found out that we exceeded the flow rate capacity of the water heater, resulting in system overload and shutdown. They reset the water heater and it is working fine. They are highly recommended.
