I wanted to get an aeroseal done in my new-build home as there were some major issues with the ductwork. Unfortunately, I made a poor decision and went ahead with another company for low price. Throughout the process I noticed things were not going well and when it was done I was definitely not happy with the result. I called Joe from Aeroseal GTA and seeked for his help and he was very quick to respond back and offered to come visit and figure out a solution to remediate the problem at NO COST. The moment I met Joe and Curtis, I can immediately tell they take great pride in their work and have extensive knowledge in their field AND I can tell you, out of all these years I've dealt with many contractors, I've never came across anyone remotely close to someone with the level of integrity and professionalism as Joe and Curtis. I was just blown away by their empathy and genuity to help others. Not only did they take their time to educate me, they went above and beyond to manually repair some of the items that the previous company neglected. This is the company that deserves to serve your home.

Hired this small business owner Eric to repair leaks on the small front flat roof. This is a new-build that had multiple issues so I went over in details and emphasized that condition of the roof and waterproofing needs to be inspected thoroughly. He acknowledged and provided assurance that replacing the roof will stop the leak. After the repair, just in five months leaks happen again in the same area. He came the first time to inspect and added more sealant to the gap that he thought might have caused the leak. Yet another leak occur just 3 months after his first visit and he ignores my phone calls and messages for the past week now. Avoid this contractor and find another reputable company who not only provide quality work but also who are reliable when it comes to warranty.
