Was at my wits end, last night, as the drain in the basement had a backup, called Sureflow, and spoke with John, who managed to schedule Ron & Chris, to come out, and take a look. They arrived within the hour, and got to work, on the blockage. They persisted, and managed to get to the blockage, after using a variety of heavy equipment. Then they used the camera to confirm all was good. Thankyou Ron for your skill, and calm approach, in knowing what to do, and when. Chris, thank you for all the work you were doing in the background, with the constant back and forth to the van, up and down the stairs, ensuring that things were good, and for cleaning up after yourselves. True Professionals, I would recommend Sureflow, and specifically Ron, and Chris. You hear so many negatives around plumbers, on emergency call outs, but not this company, or the guys.
