Load Bearing wall removal and footing work
As a part of my home renovation, I was in the market to get a structural modification in my house. After my first contractor left the job half way, a quick google search result pulled up Steven from Elite Renovators. Steven was very quick and professional on all his calls, quotations, payment cycles, etc. He promised to be at my place on the 26th of Jan at 1230pm and guess what? He was at my place at 1235pm. As soon as he entered my place, he explained me the entire process, gave timelines and started the work. On the first day he worked for 5-6hrs and finished everything as promised. Next day he was supposed to come at 930am and was here at 930am. He worked the entire day and finished all the tasks.
