Elite has really worked with us and our financial situation (we had to put our project on hold for quite a while) from our beginning consultation (the in-depth $200 consult fee was worth every penny as it provided us with invaluable insight) to the end of the project.

Wanted to provide this review for insightful information for other customers/home owners, and a huge thank you to Steve & team for the professionalism and understanding. Fantastic job! We are thrilled with our new space!

We were having a main floor gut and reno project done. Our architect had listed a wall to be removed to facilitate a larger open concept kitchen with an island. We interviewed several different structural companies and our architect helped us choose Elite, and boy was he right. We wanted the ceiling to be flush in the kitchen area and the front of the home. Elite did an excellent job right from the getgo. They were punctual, professional and right on budget. Elites crew made a complicated project look like something they had accomplished a hundred times before. They took all safety precautions to make everyone safe and comfortable. They did a fantastic job. We definitely refer Steve to any of our family, friends & coworkers. Thank you so much Elite, for doing a great job on our home.

This is the second time that we have used Elite Renovators for our structural project, and for the second time, they have pleased us beyond our expectations. We did a large project, removing 28 feet of load-bearing walls with no posts remaining in sight. The floor space was completely open. There was a show-stopper caught by elite early on in the permitting process. The resolution was a custom made heavy duty hangers.
They had the engineering done and passed. Even our engineer was impressed with Steve's structural knowledge and craftsmanship. We would definitely refer Steve and his crew to any of our colleagues family & friends.

I was in touch with Steve last year (Oct 2023) to come take a look at my place to give me a consultation on removing some load bearing walls in my kitchen. He charged me $200 as a consultation fee, which he said I could later deduct it off the quoted price if I decide to go with his services. Fast forward a few months, I decided to use my own Engineer (instead of his) and managed to get a Building Permit approved by the City. I emailed Steve the Building Permit and asked for a quotation on February 7, 2023, and got no response at all. I'm just quite disappointed because he charged a consultation fee, yet never bothered to quote me when I needed it. Then how could I even have a chance to consider if I could use his services? Since then I was able to get quite a few other contractors to come provide consultation / quotation at no cost at all. It was a waste of $200 for me and also an unpleasant experience.

Steve at Elite was able to undertake our project which involved installing 3 steel beams. Guiding us through the steps involved and identifying potential problems before they occurred, showcased Elite's extensive construction experience and puts them ahead of other structural wall removal companies. The work was done properly and passed City inspection without issue. I definitely would recommend them for wall removal projects.

We recently had a 3' section of a supporting wall and 12' long ceiling bulkhead between our living and dining rooms removed by Elite Renovators, and a steel beam installed as a replacement. The end result was excellent. Steve walked us through the process before, during, and after the work was completed. It is unbelievable as to how much this opened up the overall area. The job was completed sooner than we expected (2 days), was on budget, and expertly done. We really appreciated the friendly, professional service. I would highly recommend reaching out to Elite Renovators if anyone is ever looking to have a load bearing wall removed.

Steve won me over when came to do the estimate. He was very thorough in his inspection and at his explanation what the job entailed. Steve and his crew worked at my house for 3 weeks, always on time, always ready to explain, always smile on their faces. As a part of my home renovation, I was in the market to get a structural modification in my house. After my first contractor left the job half way, a quick google search result pulled up Steven from Elite Renovators.
Steven was very quick and professional on all his calls, quotations, payment cycles, etc.
He promised to be at my place on the 26th of Jan at 1230pm and guess what? He was at my place at 1235pm.
As soon as he entered my place, he explained me the entire process, gave timelines and started the work. On the first day he worked for 5-6hrs and finished everything as promised.
Next day he was supposed to come at 930am and was here at 930am. He worked the entire day and finished all the tasks.
