NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are clearly not a factory authorized or trained service company. Do not waste your money and time with them. They will charge you $90 to show up and do absolutely nothing. Then they will provide a quote for repair... in my case $265 to unplug a refrigerator and defrost it.... i can do that for free THANKS!!! Then they will have you sign off off saying your accept their terms and conditions despite causing damages. When you do as they ask and send them a picture and description of damages they will tell you that did not receive your email and that emails take time to receive... it was 4 hours BTW and still no email???? Hardly think that is the truth They show up in plain clothes, in a personal vehicle, an older model sedan with dark tinted windows... Should have been my first clue. Not as advertised on their website showing Uniformed professionals and company branded service vans. Did not even have the foresight to ensure his PIN Pad was charged for the day to make payment seamless and efficient. Very unprofessional DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I have since made a report to the Better Business Bureau Ontario and encourage anyone else that has experienced similar from this company to do the same
