Took a week to get the part (we had no heat or hot water during this time). Was given 4 different aapt times for repair and tech never showed or called ANY of these times. When the tech did finally show he was rude and barely spoke or looked you in the eyes.' Tteat you like family' is their motto...yeah right. Never again.
