Dan is really attentive, reliable contractor and provides excellent workmanship. We had an issue with incorrect built of patio that digged into the house and wasn't properly insulated/waterproofed. Dan was able to analyze and provide simple and not costly solutions. After that he came few times to adjust few things, overall. We are very happy with his services !
