Installation Gold Star windows came EXACTLY 6 weeks after ordering, as promised. Sergeo and his able crew arrived 30 mins. EARLIER than promised (how often does THAT happen with a contractor?!) and completed the lead paint abatement, extraction of the existing windows and installation of the 5 new ones in just a few hours. Sergeo and his crew was very clean, and as quiet as possible; they were respectful of my home and took great care to cover a wide area in plastic. Salesman Roman actually called while the crew was on-site to see how things were going. Upon completion, crew leader Sergeo walked me through how to operate and clean the windows and left the name and number of a follow-up Project Coordinator if any problems arose. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new windows and will be paying the interest-free credit line off A.S.A.P. so that I can recharge it for my remaining 6 windows. Can't wait!
