Originally, I was a little put off by the cost of magic windows. There are many other things I should've perhaps spent money on, but now that they are installed I feel that they are definitely worth every penny! The installation was efficient and convenient and the end product is rather impressive to operate. I thank Derek for showing me all the wonders of Magic Winows! I selected the wood grain finish as my house was built in 1875, and these windows complement my home.

During these times of limited suppliers, installers etc. this company reached out with emails explaining the delays to me, which was appreciated. I was not really in a rush to replace my doors, but by letting me know that they cared enough in this “try and find another one any faster” society, they really made me feel like I was a valued customer. The installer that put in my new front doors was excellent. His expertise made for an efficient install and an overall fantastic experience.
