We hired Manuel and his co workers to do a fairly big renovation. Our job consisted of having an old basement bathroom and sauna completely gutted and an entirely new bathroom with heated tile floor a fantastic custom shower built. They constructed a 'man cave' complete with a built in entertainment unit, lighting and new ceiling. They also cut out an old basement window and replaced it with one double the size. There was drywall work done in the upstairs of our home, painting... It was a big project! There were shelving units and cupboards built and electrical work done. Manuel and his group did a fantastic job. Manuel was on the job everyday, he would show up by 8:30 and work a very long day until our entire project was completed. He was very respectful of our home, very neat and organized. Any questions or concerns were welcomed and very easily managed. There were no odds and ends left undone and the job was very well cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Manuel to anyone. His work ethic is second to none!

I called Martin early on a Sunday evening with a fairly urgent problem. Our hot tub was not working and we needed a new breaker. I was worried about freezing and damage to our tub. Although I had interupted Martin at dinner he listened to my problem, said he would call me back in an hour. He did just that and arranged for Trevor to come out the next day to fix our problem. Trevor showed up right on time. He was very quick and well priced. He was professional and friendly. Martin called shortly after to make sure I was satisfied with the service. We have used A Better Way Plumbing for a number of small plumbing jobs over the past two years. We were always very inmpressed with Jason. He was always prompt, quick, friendly, priced fairly and did a great job every time. We diecided to have a major basement reno done and some work upstairs on two bedrooms. They showed up when they said they would, put in long days and completed everything in a very timely fashion. They were very neat and clean as they went about their work, very respectful of our household. They didn't leave any odds and ends undone. The cleanup they did after the job was done was fantastic. They were easy to communicate with, very accomodating with our concerns and questions and had a 'can-do' attitude at all times.
