Washer broke just after Christmas (again). Contacted this company who’s customer service was top notch and was able to capitalize on a cancellation to get a technician out that day. The tech knew exactly the issue (which was missed by another company) gave an exact quote (parts and labour) and confirmed parts availability. He was back in a week to do repairs and the machine is working better than before. Why because this tech knew the control panel (which was only working on half capacity) needed replacement to avoid the same repair again in a few months
