Mike is an excellent, and very honest, repair person - he came, diagnosed the problem with our washer, and arranged to order the required part. When the part arrived, more work was needed beyond the value of the machine. He explained the issue well and let us make a good decision. He was great at following up to keep us informed of progress, and courteous and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend him to our friends, and use his services again.
