W e encountered an unexpected complication when having a gas furnace installed in our house, which had previously been all electric. To direct the vents to the part of the house which had a solid concrete block and brick support wall, it was necessary to have two holes cut out. Understandably' this was a source of great concern as any shift in the support wall would affect the stability of the upper wall and the roof. Steve provided us with a detailed estimate, which was reasonable considering the work involved. His assistant, Taylor, really took his time and was very careful with the appearance of the existing wall covering. We are very happy everything went so smoothly.
