Called on Sunday and received an appointment for Monday morning. Vitaly was punctual and followed all safety protocols for covid. He also explained everything he was going to try and showed me something new on my machine. So I also learned new things. He explained that my drain hose was into the pipe too far and fixed that as well. Ran the machine after he left and it operated perfectly, great work. Nancy
