Our rating of Ryan of Eco Exterior is minus 15,820. THAT IS THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT HE HAS NOT RETURNED TO MY 94 year OLD FATHER AND MYSELF. He has had our money since mid August and given one excuse after another for the last 3.5 months as to why he hasn’t started the $31,640 steel roof he was going to do for us. Sadly my dad and I gave him 50% up front in good faith. Now since we asked him to give us our deposit back since he is in breach of his contract he has returned no texts, emails or phone calls. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, DO NOT HIRE RYAN OF ECO EXTERIOR. All the negative reviews here should be TAKEN SERIOUSLY!!!
