From the initial sales engagement with Rick, to the completion of the project with the great pool team, led by Chris, and landscaping by Jessica, Poolcraft was very attentive. Most importantly, they are reliable. They respond quickly to complete things. They don't leave things hanging for weeks. Their entire team is very friendly and professional and the quality of their work is world-class. They did an incredible job of transforming our back yard into a 5-star resort.
