3 years ago we bought from Bad Boy leather love seat and sofa bed. We got the love seat in a few days but we needed to wait for our sofa bed more that a month they needed to install the bed inside.The sofa bed that we got was made of totally different leather than love seat and the bad was not straight nobody could sleep on it.I have called the customes service maybe 100 times to come to fix it or excange.Finally they came,picked it up and we were waiting for it an other 3 weeks and we got the same sofa, they haven't touch it. I have called again the customer many times,nobody wanted to talk to me anymore!!Now, after 3 years the leather is cracked. I have 5 years warranty, but then I went to the customer service they told me to wait until they call the manufacture. In 2 days I got a call and I was told that the manufacture doesn't exist anymore and they can't do anything.I didn't want to talk to them anymore on the phone so I went to their warehouse. There I was told that the 5 warranry doesn't cover the leather cracking!!! I am so angry of this store, I have never had so bad customer service in my life!! They find thousand unreasonable excuses!! They think that everybody is stupid and they are the smartest one.If they got the money they don't care anymore about the customers!
