Mersey has become my go-to company for anything water heater & furnace related. Our 19-year-old furnace suddenly decided to stop working one morning so I called Mersey. I received excellent customer service. They arranged for a salesperson to be at my house within 2-3 hours of my call. I debated whether I needed a 'salesperson' or a 'repair technician' to come. Generally, if I can inexpensively squeeze another year out of something, I want to try. I received a confirmation call that John would be coming. When he arrived, he respectfully put on a mask and plastic covers over his shoes. Honestly, I was kind of dreading getting the whole 'sales pitch' talk, but much to my delight, my meeting with him wasn't like that at all. John immediately went to go examine our furnace and actually wanted to test it to see what the problem was with it and if he could get it running. After some testing, he showed me that unfortunately BOTH motors weren't working at all and that our condensate pump had also stopped working! He helped me setup a temporary solution for that water's drainage. I really appreciated all his efforts on our old furnace! He was excellent. We ended up going with the quote he gave us and we had the whole new furnace installed the very next morning!! VERY Quick turnaround! Gerry & Alex who came and did the installation were also excellent! They arrived early, were courteous, and protected our flooring completely. We've been very happy with the furnace they installed. They even went out of their way to add extra caulking all around some pipes for me. An added bonus was also how clean and tidy their work was. I've been very impressed with Mersey's customer service. I highly recommend them.
