Work was planned to be completed in one day. First day, progress to remove/replace windows went OK for a while, although quite a bit of superficial dents and dings occurred on room wall and shutters. The installers Alex and Sergeo encountered a lot of problems trying to re-install the original shutters, since this required sawing off to re-size them to new window frames. Also, had difficulty making shutters closable and hang straight. We contacted Sandra in customer service of GoldStar Window, and together with our service contact (Ilia), arrangements were made for expert craftsmen to come in following day to complete the job properly. These were true professionals, who fixed and repainted all dents, and left the windows and re-hung shutters in perfect shape.
