We purchased a new dishwasher and fridge. The fridge needed to be hooked up to the water to accommodate ice cube maker and water dispenser. Also the dishwasher needed new piping to hook up to dishwasher as the old piping was insufficient and not safe. Also taps were loose over sink and needed to be secured tighter.
