Josh came out. He had an amazing attitude. He would outside in the pouring rain. We happy extremely happy with the results. We own a trades business and we understand that getting the concrete smooth can be challenging. He removed the concrete in a very narrow and difficult space, and had to fill the area in a very difficult space. He did the work in a very old basement inside and outside in a very busy work space. He did a beautiful job and worked in challenging conditions. He also had to navigate through a busy business, with many vans coming and going and had a wonderful attitude through it all. We are landlords. We bought an apartment washer dryer. Chad connected with us by text. He communicated very well. This was a used appliance. A 90 day warranty was provided. As per their warranty they returned because there was a small issue. We really appreciate that Chad honoured the warranty. Thank you very much for your great communication and your follow up.
