Jerry H. from Romaniuk came promptly this morning to check our furnace. He was cheerful pleasant and knowledgeable. He had been to our place two years ago so it must mean the company is good to work for. He masked, came in and checked the setting parameters at the thermostat. Then checked the furnace settings in the basement and showed my wife how to set the humidity at the thermostat and after he was done he sent a brief video email to show the way to do it so now we have a record. One of the best things I did was to have Romaniuk Heating install the Lennox. A great furnace. Quiet but able to heat even in the -36 degree winters we had lately. The furnace and the technicians have all been top quality. They truly are five stars.
