Our 7 year old Whirlpool fridge/freezer was not cooling properly so contacted Dowell Equipment and they found a faulty fan so rather than $1000 for a new fridge replace part and hopefully will run for another 7 years. His scheduler Jess kept in touch with us and overall a good experience
