Avoid this company! We were having a problem with squirrels in our roof and called All Seasons. They came and installed a one-way door. A couple weeks later, they came back to check on the situation. We still had squirrels in the roof. The animals had exited through the one-way door and made a new hole in the roof to get back in. Instead of fixing the hole(s), All Seasons left the door AND the holes as is. They said we needed to get the entire perimeter of the roof screened over in order to fix the problem and that it would look ugly and left us ti decide what to do. Then, about a week later, they came back unannounced and removed the one-way door, leaving the holes. I was fed up and called another wildlife removal company. They came and repaired the holes properly with metal sheeting and shingles (rather than just covering with wire screen leaving the hole exposed as All Seasons did) and installed a new one-way door. They also said to call them in two days if we still heard the squirrels and they would come back to check and repair any new holes (if any) at a minor fee. About 2.5 hours later, All Seasons suddenly shows up with a ladder claiming they are here to take their one-way door. I told the guy that he already took it about a week or so ago. He said they have no record of it and he would charge me $150 for the loss of the door as I told him the door that is currently on the roof is from the competitor that had installed it the same morning. Luckily I still had the invoice (no charge) for the removal of the door from All Seasons and was able to prove to him that they had indeed removed their door. Lesson learned - a large ad in the yellow pages is not an indication of a reputable company. ALWAYS check the reviews on Homestars.
