My washing machine was not working. I called Yehven, he responded immmediately, told me the base price for a visit and said he could be here in about 1 to 1.5 hours, which he was. He texted a few minutes before arrivng, which was appreciated. He looked over the machine, considered a couple of different possilbilties, and then was able to correctly find the problem. Luckily for me, it was an inexpensive fix. I would definitley recommend Yehvin -he was friendly, efficient, straightforward and besides finding the problem also offered some good advice
