Just today we tried to ignite our 12 yr old gas fireplace and it wouldnt turn over so we frantically looked for a quick solution. Luckily we found Imran's number. We called him and spoke to his wife who was able to arrange very quickly (within 5 mins) a service - nonetheless on a busy Sunday with freezing rain in the air! Imran arrived on time with a great attitude, tons of knowledge and an amazing work ethic. He was extremely friendly (even coaxed a smile from our shy 5 yr old) and was very thorough in his work and service. He taught me a lot and convinced us of the need to work with an expert. We would rehire him in a second and highly recommned him.
