Terrible experience. First they took down the address and when trying to contact me for their mistake they texted “we are here and this is a total waste of our time”. Once they realized they got the wrong address they sent the tech back. The tech was quite nice however after an hour he said that he cleaned the drain and recommended restarting the thermostat for an extra 200 Then everything should work fine in 6 hours. It did not work and the fridge remains broken. I called and they said they’d get back to me and never have. I’ll never use them or recommend them again.
