Carly from Raywal worked closely with us on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to be integrated into our total home renovation project. The value she that she personally added to this project by giving us expert advice, insightful explanations, transparent options, creative and candid recommendations cannot be understated. Carly provided us with flexibly in terms of timing our meetings and also in terms of willingness to discuss how the Raywal products could best integrate with other elements (ie. countertop material options, range hood fan, under cabinet lighting, bathroom sink, etc) that were part of this whole house renovation. This project took time but she was always there for us, consistently helpful and responsive from the start through to after project completion. The Raywal installation team was professional and respectful. Given the challenges of 2020/21 there were delays on supplies and we had to wait for some shelves to arrive, however, we did not have to phone Raywal to “remind” them that we were waiting for those parts, instead Raywal took ownership and showed initiative by reaching out to explain the issue and provide us with estimates on the date for parts to arrive. Similarly, any product defect, such as a mismatch on the sheen of some custom colour cabinets was addressed proactively. We felt that Carly and the professionals we encountered at Raywal were hard-working, honest and helpful and would recommend their services.
