Very impressive service! My door broke yesterday unexpectedly and inconveniently. They were able to come this morning, were on time and very communicative. Door is fixed and they explained everything and how to help prevent the issues going forward. Highly, highly recommend!
Peter did a great job doing the brickwork around some new windows we put in. He was professional and efficient, and flexible when the windows were delayed and install date had to change. Highly recommend!

We moved in 2 weeks ago and on Friday night heard scratching and scraping of metal on the roof. By Monday, the animal had entered the attic and we could hear it scurrying around. I contacted Derik late Monday via email. He responded promptly, and squeezed me in for an appointment the next day. Removed the squirrels via a one way door, and added some additional features at my request. Was on time, polite, and answered my (multiple) questions very patiently. I never felt I was being upsold or taken advantage of. A very satisfied customer! Will definitely use SWAT again (although I hope I don't have to!) and recommend to friends and family.

After our regular carpet cleaner retired, we didn't know where to find a honest, hardworking person to do our carpets. My sister found Parma Cleaning and recommended to my mother who was extremely impressed. Ty just did my home (with 43 stairs!) and did a phenomenal job. I have never seen the carpets so clean.
