I reached out to KNT for a full house conversion. From the first point of contact all the way to the end they were amazing to deal with. Danny came by and we walked through the whole house, outlet by outlet to decide where to put everything. They gave a totally transparent, itemized quote and any potential deviation was discussed. When it came time for the work to begin, the crew was amazing, careful and respectful of all the original features of the house. The whole process was as painless as work on this level can be. And while a job like this is expensive, it felt worth every penny.

I recently used Irwin Heating and Cooling to install a new Rheem Hybrid water heater. They were super helpful. They came over for an initial visit to make sure it was possible. They then made quote, ordered the new water heater and even helped return my current rental back to Reliance. All this was covered in their quote. During the install the were very careful and helped me make sure i know how to use this new technology. Very happy.

They repaired a very degraded side of my house, patched a hole from an old exhaust and installed a intel over a window. They were very communicative and totally invested in making sure it was a spectacular job through a through. They went totally over and above using extra mortar to patch some parts outside of the scope. I am excited to work with them again next summer on the some other parts of the house!

Had major work done. Replaced stack, new sewer drain, new plumbing everywhere, basement wall water proofing. Mark managed everything and was very carefully and did amazing work. The whole crew were nice and very carful with the house.
