HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Nicole and her team helped my husband and I through a full interior gut and reno project from planning phase to finishing touches. She created a fool-proof playbook for our contractors and vendors that left no detail to the imagination – demo plans, space design, material sourcing, tile/lighting/plumbing/flooring/paint schedules, budget planning, and the list goes on. In short, she made an overwhelming project feel organized and planned which ultimately meant the end result was exactly what we wanted!
As with any large scale project, unpleasant surprises arose at exactly the worst times, but Nicole was there to save the day wherever and whenever she was needed – a solutions seeker who provides options without being asked (how refreshing?!). The Services Rendered team advocates for their clients in the face of contractors who don’t always deliver; I always felt like my best interests were taken to heart during my most vulnerable times during the reno (what more can you ask for?!).
In terms of design, Nicole’s aesthetic is spot on. As my husband and I settle into our newly renovated home, we love it more and more each day. Family and friends visiting never fail to comment on how well everything flows in terms of space design, colors, accessories, and details. I just can’t say enough good things about Nicole and her team – they supported us in making our house a home we love. We invested a lot of time and money into this project, but we know that our best investment was hiring Nicole to get us to the finish line!
