You never know what will happen when you hire a pest technician to take care of a problem. I got a call from my tenant saying that she was bitten by a bug. She had killed what looked to be a bedbug. I did a quick search on Homestars and found Pest Solution Services. I took a chance on hiring Muhammad and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about bedbugs, and pests in general. He is an entomologist by training. He asked a series of questions, did a thorough inspection, and found not evidence of anything more than the one bedbug that the tenant had killed. Based on the evidence, and on the fact that the tenant worked in a very public place, he determined, and rightly so (as it turned out), that the tenant had inadvertently brought the bedbug into her apartment from her work. Even after 4 weeks from his inspection, there were no more bites, or evidence of any more bugs. Muhammad was right. Why spend thousands of dollars on heat treatments, or hundreds on bedbug sniffing dogs, when for less than a hundred dollars, you can have an expert, diagnose and solve your problem? Even though I only met Muhammad once, that was enough to convince me that he was "the guy" when it comes to pests. I highly recommend Pest Solution Services to anyone with a pest problem. I want to recommend Dave and Quickfast to anyone needing help with natural gas leaks or anything to do with heating and airconditioning. I had a natural gas leak on a Sunday afternoon and couldn't get anyone to come and fix it. In frustration, a friend gave me Dave's number. I called him. He was working on another job but promised to come to our house within the next 90 minutes. True to his word, he did come. He found the source of the leak fixed it. He also inspected the other gas lines as well. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. While he was there he noticed that our furnace needed cleaning. I thought maybe he was trying to up-sell, but he was telling the truth. When we had Enbridge at the house earlier in the day to test for the leak, they asked me to have the furnace cleaned. Now I'll going to use quickfast to clean the furnace. I am very satisfied with Dave and his company. This is my go-to company for anything to do with heating and air conditioning. Dave rates a perfect 10!
