I paid for the technician to come diagnose the problem as there was a water leak. My tenants dealt with him as I was not there. He spent about 10-15 minutes there. He could not diagnose the problem and was in a rush to leave. He did not spend appropriate time to diagnose it. I sent payment. I spoke with him and he told me it was un-repairable, told me it was rusted. I went myself the next day and found the leak and problem and found parts to repair it myself. I should be refunded the service call. Terrible Terrible technician.
