Repaired our Furnace Quickly and Professionally
We contacted Blake at Excel due to a Carrier furnace that quit working. Prior to this we had received a quote from another company that was suggesting we replace the entire furnace despite it being only 15 years old. Or spend over $3000 on parts which which over half were ultimately not needed. Luckily Blake was available the same day and diagnosed our furnace. It turned out to be a main board and thermostat issue which was a significant savings from the "other guy's" replacement "strategy". Happy with the timely service and Blake's professionalism. An honest technician.
