We contracted Penguin for our legal basement second suite. They handled all the permitting for us, and communication was excellent throughout the job. No reno goes 100% according to schedule (especially during COVID!) , but they were responsive and handled all the hurdles throughout the process. The finished space was gorgeous, and we got a great rate on our rental.

Thanks for the positive words Alex. We'll let you in on a little secret; no renovation goes entirely to plan, Covid or no Covid.
